Harbor Capital Sells Building 13 at Humble Industrial Hub in Humble, Texas
HUMBLE, TX - Harbor Capital announces the sale of Building 13 at Humble Industrial Hub, a 48,750-square-foot industrial building situated on 3.17 acres at 2323 S. Houston Ave in Humble, Texas. The transaction closed on July 24, 2026, and represents the fifth building sold within the 13-building park since Harbor Capital acquired it in December 2024.
Building 13 is the largest building in the park. Built in 2024, it is a pre-engineered metal building featuring a 29-foot eave height, seven electrified overhead doors measuring 14 feet by 16 feet, 1,000 amps of 3-phase, 480-volt power, a fully sprinklered warehouse, and an outside storage yard. The building also includes 1,971 square feet of expandable office space and is crane-ready. Humble Industrial Hub is located with access to Interstate 69 and Beltway 8, and near George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Six buildings remain available for lease at Humble Industrial Hub. Harbor Capital is currently developing Phase 2 on an adjacent site, with delivery expected in February 2027. The expansion will add 15 new industrial buildings totaling 185,665 square feet, with building sizes ranging from 4,950 to 34,375 square feet. Select buildings will be crane-ready, offering additional flexibility for a range of industrial users.
