Our investment strategy targets functional, versatile Class A/B industrial assets in Texas with significant value-add potential to create outsized, risk-adjusted returns for investors. We only buy assets that are well-positioned for long-term holds, and seek to add value to each investment during the first five years of ownership through repositioning, optimizing operational/leasing inefficiencies, and light renovation projects.
