Texas’s fast-growing population, business friendly laws, and 0% state income tax provide ideal conditions for our focus on the Class B industrial asset class.
We operate exclusively in the Houston, DFW, Austin and San Antonio markets where there are low vacancies and strong demand for our product type. Many of the assets we purchase are bought below replacement cost and offer opportunity to generate strong returns with relatively low risk. We’re big believers in the Texas story.
