Harbor Capital Executes 10-Year Lease at San Antonio Industrial Portfolio
Harbor Capital, in a joint venture with Box Wilson Equity, has executed a 10-year lease with a wireless communications company for two buildings and an industrial outdoor storage (IOS) site in San Antonio, Texas. The leased premises total approximately 25,992 square feet at 4711 and 4719 Broom Street, along with the adjacent 3.2-acre outdoor storage parcels at 9711 and 9701 Cobb Street.
These properties are part of a larger industrial portfolio that Harbor Capital and Box Wilson acquired in September 2023. With this lease now executed, the entire portfolio is fully leased.
The tenant provides wireless communications products and services to businesses, public safety agencies, and government entities across Texas. Their deep-rooted presence in the San Antonio market made this a natural fit for the campus, which offers both functional industrial space and the outdoor storage capacity critical to its operations.
The lease positions the site to serve as the tenant’s long-term operational headquarters in San Antonio, providing them with the industrial space, service infrastructure, and outdoor storage capacity to support its continued growth.
