Harbor Capital Completes Sale of Bridgewater Commerce Center in Katy, Texas

Harbor Capital, together with its co-owners, announces the sale of Bridgewater Commerce Center, a seven-building Class A industrial park totaling 143,950 square feet at the corner of Clay Road and Lakes of Bridgewater Drive in Katy, Texas. The transaction closed in September 2026. 

Harbor Capital secured Bridgewater Commerce Center through an off-market agreement with The Urban Companies in June 2022, before construction began, and acquired the park upon completion in September 2023. Bridgewater is one of ten industrial parks The Urban Companies has built or is currently building for Harbor Capital in Houston.

The park consists of seven single-tenant buildings ranging from 11,600 to 43,475 square feet on 10.3 acres. The buildings feature concrete tilt-wall construction, 24-foot clear heights, dock and oversized grade-level loading, ESFR sprinkler systems, LED lighting, and 1,500 to 2,500 square feet of office space in each building. The property is located 1.2 miles from the Grand Parkway and 4.6 miles from Interstate 10.
