Harbor Capital Secures Long-Term Lease Renewal at Corbin Road Business Park
Harbor Capital has completed a long-term lease renewal with a large-scale wind turbine gearbox manufacturer at 5070 Dakota Lane, a 78,125-square-foot industrial facility that is part of Corbin Road Business Park in Denton, Texas.
The facility includes 1,186 square feet of office space, multiple loading options, and efficient site circulation, providing the functionality needed for the tenant’s continued operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial corridor.
Harbor Capital acquired the 20-building, 600,000-square-foot Corbin Road Business Park in 2024 pursuing a dual-track approach: executing targeted dispositions while also securing long-term tenancy. The renewal illustrates the effectiveness of this approach, combining stabilized occupancy with durable cash flow in one of Texas’s most competitive submarkets.
