Harbor Capital announces the execution of a long-term lease with a global manufacturer of construction, agricultural, and industrial equipment. The lease covers 10120 Fischer Road within Freeport Business Centre, a 198,000-square-foot industrial building situated on approximately 9.93 acres in Von Ormy, Texas, within the San Antonio industrial market.
Built in 2008, Freeport Business Centre features 40-foot clear heights, 24 dock-high doors, and extensive truck parking. The property is located at the intersection of IH-35 and Loop 410 in South San Antonio.
The tenant is expanding its presence in the San Antonio area as part of a broader investment in U.S. manufacturing capacity.
