Harbor Capital announces the successful lease agreement of suites 405 and 406 at 3115 Fry Road in Katy, TX. This marks a significant milestone for Harbor Capital, as 3115 Fry Rd stands out as one of Harbor Capital’s latest acquisitions, enhancing the property's occupancy and leaving only three units available for lease within the park.

The combined office and warehouse space in these suites spans 3000 square feet, meriting a full air-conditioned warehouse, 18-foot clear heights, and grade-level doors. The Batters Box Sports Complex has secured this space at Fry Rd for an exclusive period of 63 months, commencing June 2024.
