Harbor Capital is pleased to announce that it has reached full occupancy of 10506 Kinghurst Drive, a multi-tenant industrial building spanning 51,560 square feet in Houston, Texas. 

In a significant development, the remaining 6,200 square feet of class B warehouse space was successfully leased to Global Impex in late May 2024. This space boasts a fully air-conditioned warehouse, two dock-high doors, and clear heights of 18 feet. 

The leasing success at Kinghurst was made possible through the efforts of Sam McGurk, Patrick McKiernan, and James Mashni from First Houston Properties. Noteworthy tenants already established at 10506 Kinghurst include Pickleball Country Club (www.pickleball-cc.com) and Texas Rug Gallery (www.texasruggallery.com).
