The initial lease secured was a 3-year deal for a total of 23,675 square feet with 2,000 square feet of office at 2506 Twinwood Pkwy. Following swiftly after, a 4-year deal was struck for 14,900 square feet with 1,500 square feet of office at 2705 Twinwood Pkwy. Noteworthy features of each building include 28-foot clear heights, three dock-high doors, one drive-in bay, and office spaces equipped with HVAC.
