Harbor Capital announces the closing of the sale of Building 1 at Humble Industrial Hub in Houston, Texas. The transaction, completed in March 2026, marks the third building sold at the industrial campus since the firm acquired the property in December 2024.
The 6,000-square-foot building is located at 2311 South Houston Ave near George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), with direct access to Highway 59 and Beltway 8. The property’s location provides convenient connectivity to major distribution corridors across the Houston region.
Building 1 is fully HVAC-equipped and features grade-level loading and modern clear heights. The space is currently occupied by USA Ninja Challenge, a youth fitness and agility training facility.
