Harbor Capital Completes Successful Sale of Conroe Industrial Facility

Harbor Capital is delighted to announce the successful sale of a 68,616-square-foot industrial facility located on 7.2 acres at 400 Conroe Park West in Conroe, TX. 

Cary Latham and William Culp from Stream Realty represented Harbor Capital in this transaction. On the buyer’s side, representation was provided by Blake Deer, Carson Deer, and Matthew Cooper of Capital Real Estate.

Harbor Capital delivered stellar returns to its investors in this investment, exceeding the initial underwritten IRR projections by 22%. This achievement is another in a lone record of delivering strong returns to investors of Harbor Capital, having produced an outstanding return to investors over the asset’s 31-month hold period.
