Specialized Class A/B industrial real estate investment firm Harbor Capital has added a new asset to its San Antonio portfolio with the purchase of 11618 Nacogdoches Rd, located minutes from I-35 in Northeast San Antonio. The 34,500-square foot property, purchased on December 30, 2022, is a Class B industrial facility built in 2003.
The metal-walled facility features 20 overhead doors and is currently at 100% occupancy, serving two tenants. The acquisition was facilitated by Doc Perrier, Vice President of Acquisitions at the Finial Group, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm.
