Harbor Capital Completes Second Major Purchase in 2024 with Katy Property

Harbor Capital recently expanded its Texas real estate portfolio by successfully acquiring 3115 Fry Rd in Katy, Texas on May 17, 2024. This acquisition marks Harbor Capital’s second purchase in 2024. 3115 Fry Rd is strategically positioned just 2 miles from I-10 and 3 miles from Grand Parkway. Encompassing a total of 4.98 acres, this property offers a substantial 80,707 square feet of combined warehouse and office space.

Built in 2005, this masonry-constructed property consists of three buildings featuring 18′ clear heights, and consists of 16 multi-tenant suites averaging 5,044 square feet per suite with a combination of 12 dock-high and 15 grade-level loading capabilities. The property currently boasts an occupancy rate of 89%. This transaction was facilitated by Austin Dabbs of Southcorp Realty, who will also be retained to oversee all leasing activities for 3115 Fry Rd.
