Harbor Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Caitlynn Morrow to our Asset Management Team as the Portfolio Property Manager, effective January 8th, 2024. In her new role, Caitlynn will act as the vital liaison between Harbor Capital and our contracted property managers. She will oversee all aspects of property budgets, tenant relations, and property and construction project management.
Caitlynn brings a wealth of experience managing extensive portfolios of single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties. She most recently served as Junior Regional Property Manager at Eureka Multifamily Group in Austin, Texas. There, she successfully increased net operating income (NOI) within her first three months and led negotiations on new commercial leases.
A recipient of the prestigious IREM 30 under 30 award in 2023, Caitlynn holds certifications in Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) from NAAEI, Certified Pool Operator (CPO) from PHTA, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate with IREM.
Caitlynn earned her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies, majoring in Psychology, Sociology, and Family Studies from the University of North Texas. Her strong foundation in team leadership and problem-solving skills will further strengthen our commitment to delivering outstanding service and value to our clients and tenants.
