Harbor Capital continues to advance its Corbin Road Business Park strategy with the sale of 3531 Shelby Lane to a long-term tenant. The transaction closed on September 5, 2025.
The disposition marks the firm’s seventh this year and builds on a series of recent sales within the Denton portfolio, including 3621, 3631, and 3651 Shelby Lane. Together, these deals reinforce Harbor’s disciplined approach to value creation across infill Texas industrial markets.
In August 2024, Harbor Capital acquired the 20-building, 600,000-square-foot Corbin Road Business Park with the intent to pursue a disciplined execution strategy: holding a functional, growth-oriented portfolio while selectively selling buildings to maximize returns.
The 20,000-square-foot facility at 3531 Shelby Lane offers secure yard space, grade-level loading, clear heights well-suited for light manufacturing and distribution, and efficient circulation to support diverse industrial uses.
